We are a family owned business that began in 1954. Donald P. "Red" Lester started the business on Oak Street where he did the body work, paint work, and wrote all the estimates.  He did the bookkeeping at night.  His son, Jack joined the business in 1958 leaving the University of Georgia to help his father.  Jack's brother Keith came into the business after he finished electronics school in Atlanta.  In 1972, the business moved to 2118 Brown's Bridge Road.  Donald was told at the time he was moving too far out of town and he would never make it on Brown's Bridge Road. 

 

Jack and Keith took over the business when their father retired in 1974.
